Dinner at La Caille

Lindsay's Food Class had the opportunity to go to the La Caille to see how the upper end restaruants work & to enjoy a 5 course meal! Lindsay invited Scott and me to come along, so we thought "what the heck" it's both our birthdays & what a great place to celebrate our birthdays together.

HaPpY HaLlOwEeN

Every year since the girls were itsy bitsy, we have carved pumpkins! This year was a lot of fun! We grew our own pumpkins and had a lot of fun carving them. Lindsay, Zach and Griffin came over and had dinner with us, then we got out all the carving stuff and went to town.

Scott wanted to see how the insides of his home grown pumpkins tasted! Wasn't very tastey!! YUCK!!!
Since Kristin is now done with her heads for her Cosmetology Class, she wanted to use them to decorate the house. The kids had fun making the heads look gruesome.

Our Little Lindsay is half way there!

Doesn't she just look so adorable! Less than 20 weeks to go and then baby Laryssa Jo will be joining our family and all the FUN begins. We CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Snow Day

It Snowed!! Sunday morning we wake up to a white blanket on the ground. Isn't it just beautiful. We knew it would melt fast, so we took a few pictures of our back yard. I am ready for Fall...I LOVE the Fall. Not so sure I am ready for the Winter yet. But this was an absolutely beautiful moring.

Scrapbooking Weekend

On Friday, Lindsay, Debbie and I packed up Debbie's Yukon and headed down to Nephi to have a Girl's Overnight Scrapbook Weekend. We stopped at Reed's Drive-In for dinner then went to Debbie's friends mom and dad's home.

We scrapped until around midnight, then headed to bed. The three of us stayed out in the trailer. It was a cold night, but we had the heater on so we slept comfy. We got up around 8:30 had homemade cinnamon rolls and cereal for breakfast, scrapped some more, then had home made soup for lunch. While we were eating lunch it started snowing. My camera was downstairs so I didn't get a picture. We started loading up all our gear around 4:00. It's a lot of stuff to take for just one night, but we had so much fun and actually got quite of lot of pages done. It's mostly just fun to be with friends, eat lots of treats and laugh and laugh.
