YSA Activity at Fat Cats!

Scott and I are over the YSA's (Young Single Adults) in our ward. Kristin and Andrew are our YSA counselors. We have been wanting to have a night out and finally got a date that would work for everyone! We invited our neighbor ward to come along with us! It was a hit, we had 28 people show up! Everyone bowled for 2 hours, we had pizza, salad, bread sticks and soda. I think our high scorer the night was Dane at 147!

This is a really fun calling. We enjoy getting to hang out with these young adults, helps keep us young. We've been able to have have service projects at the Utah Food Bank, weve had Luau's, and all kinds of great activities for this group of young adults.

I happened onto your blog and it sounds like we've got some fun things in common...Twilight for instance! Are you going this week? Can't wait. I'm also active LDS but am in the Primary after 10 years being in the stake and ward level of young womens. Loved it! Love Primary! You look like you've got a great YSA group! Fat Cats is a fun & funky place to bowl! Have a great night!

Bowling sounds like so much fun. Now more than ever since they can't smoke in them anymore. Eww. That is what I remember most.

I think that is a great calling for sure. I am so glad they have good leaders like you that are willing to be there for them.

Thanks for stopping by too.
